One Evening at Kozhikode Beach 🌊

Kerala is a State, renowned for its infinite backwaters and beaches; God's own country they say.
Kerala's natural beauty is worth seeing before you die. Truely! If you ever visit its pleasent beaches; The roaring waves, Those pretty seashells, Those coconut trees bending down to reach the coast, Large rocks by a side, Lighthouse shining bright, White beach sand, Those colourful boats, All Soo desiring to watch.

I visited Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala during the month of October. Started my day visiting the HiLite Mall, Some local chocolate shops and then spent the evening at Kozhikode Beach. While enjoying a walk by the beachside, it started grizzling and eventually raining. That light rain, it's fragrance, The ice-cold breeze, smoking corn odour, no one to stop me from getting wet as there wasn't any roof to stand below and our car was way far parked to reach out. It's one of my most pleasing moments in Life.
You should visit Kerala's beaches and especially the backwaters. They have these amazing local and luxury houseboats we can sail in. Check them out... So Sail, Savor and Start over :)

Food:
I tried shellfish for the first time in Calicut. Seafoods are very trendy in this place. We also get these homemade chocolates that I recommend you to try. Searching for that perfect Coconut oil, Kerala is your destination.

How did you reach Kozhikode?
I reached by catching a train from Mangalore railway station to Kozhikode railway station (via Kasargod, Kannur).
